Iconic for it's line of vegetable ash down the centre, Morbier is a classic French cheese with buckets of flavour and a bouncy texture. 

Flavours of butter, and a fudgy sweetness - it's rind gives it an earthy dimension while the vegetable ash adds an asparagus tang that cuts through the sweetness.
